The Flower Remedy Angelica provides a connection between earth and heaven. Gives self-confidence and grounding, so that one remains with both feet on the ground.

Ideal for people who feel too little 'grounded' or 'floating'. If we do not feel grounded, we miss the energy of the earth in our body. We are then everywhere with our thoughts except in the here and now. This has to do with the first chakra; called the root chakra and indicates an 'imbalance'.

This Flower Remedy helps to strengthen the I-power and removes blockages. Gives more spiritual development of consciousness and strengthens the ability to experience charitable spiritual forces in life and work. Promotes the search for and use of spiritual insights. Dosage and use

Usage

Shake before use. Can also be used in times of death, meditation, dreams, loss, during operations and when very ill.

Tip: you can put the daily dose in a bottle of water and drink it during the day.

Preparing stock bottles (Flower remedies & Essences) for use

Before you can use the essence it has to be diluted. For this dilution you use a dosing bottle. Usually a dosing bottle of 10ml or 30ml is used.

How do you make a dosing bottle?
To make a dosing bottle with a flower remedy, proceed as follows: Take a clean bottle with a pipette of 30 ml (or 10 ml). Put about 1 cm of alcohol (e.g. cognac, grain gin, vegetable glycerine or apple vinegar) in it for preservation and fill the remainder with spring water. For 10 ml bottles, use 1/3 of the amount of alcohol needed for a 30 ml bottle.

A 30 ml dosing bottle can be used for a period of 4 to 5 weeks; longer is also possible. You make a dosing bottle by putting two drops from the stock (Stock) bottle into the dosing bottle. Then close the bottle and mix it by shaking.

Dosage

3 to 4 times a day 4 drops from a dosing bottle or 2 to 4 times a day 2 drops directly under the tongue.Hold briefly in mouth and swallow. Or as directed by your therapist.

Keep out of reach of young children. Store at room temperature or in a cool place.

If the bottles are stored in a dark, cool place, even after they have been opened, they will have an unlimited shelf life.
