Dosage and use

Usage

Make a decoction: 9 to 30 grams of pieces of dried root in 1 liter of water and let it boil very gently for 15 to 25 minutes. The color of the tea will slowly but surely become darker red. Then drink it as a tea in four equal parts during the day. (hot or cold).

It is recommended to use 9 to 30 grams of the plant daily and then make a decoction from it.

Because the plant provides a lot of 'energy' and to allow the body to get used to it, it is advisable to gradually build up to the normally recommended dosage in the first week.
