The Latin name for Horsetail is Equisetum arvense. The English name is Horsetail. It is a plant from the horsetail family. It is a powerful herb that is very rich in minerals. The Greeks and Romans used Horsetail mainly for the wounded after battles. Horsetail is good for maintaining strong bones**, good for the kidneys and the bladder**.

The plant is also called 'Roobol', 'Akkerpaardenstaart', 'Kattenstaart' or 'Unjer'. It is a perennial plant up to 40 cm high. In the spring, chlorophyll-free stems with spore ears appear on the top. Horsetail Tincture (30ml) of Nature's Answer is alcohol-free and made from 2000mg Horsetail per serving.

Dosage and use

Dosage:Take 1 ml, or approximately 30 drops, diluted in 30 ml of water three times a day. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds and swallow. Do not exceed stated dosage unless advised by a professional.

For good results, use Horsetail alcohol-free tincture at least for a minimum of time
1 month.
