Coenzyme Q10 is found in every body cell. It is a vitamin-like substance that the body produces itself and is crucial for energy formation in the cells. It provides more energy.

Other properties are:

as an antioxidant.
for protecting cells against oxidative damage.

This product is a dietary supplement and is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and/or healthy lifestyle.

Product composition

Compound:Coenzyme Q10 (50mg), vitamin C (10mg ascorbic acid), vitamin E (6mg natural tocopherols), rice bran oil (50mg).

Other ingredients:Purified water, vegetable glycerin, soy lecithin, citric acid, mandarin flavor, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate,Quick-Sorb® (ginger, amla fruit, capsicum fruit). Containssoy.

Dosage and use

Shake well before use and store in the refrigerator after opening. 1 teaspoon (=5ml) in 30ml water once a day. Use during or after meals.

Tip: Hold this supplement in the mouth for 30-60 seconds for even better absorption through the mucous membranes.

For good results, use liquid CO-Q10 for at least 1 to 3 months.

Suitable for long-term use; also for the elderly and children.

For children, administer the same dosage/weight ratio as adults. For a child weighing 40kg, administer half the adult dose (80kg).
