Gebruik

Voorbereiding stockflesjes (Bloesemremedies & Essences) voor gebruik.

Voor je de essence kunt gebruiken moet deze worden verdunt. Voor deze verdunning gebruik je een doseerflesje. Meestal wordt er een doseerflesje van 10ml of 30ml gebruikt. Voor verschillende doseerflesjes, klik hier.

Hoe maakt je een doseerflesje? Om een doseerflesje met een bloesemremedie te maken ga je als volgt te werk: Neem een schoon flesje met
pipet van 30 ml (of 10ml). Doe hierin ongeveer 1 cm alcohol (bijv. cognac, graanjenever, plantaardige glycerine of appelazijn) voor de conservering en
vul het restant aan met bronwater. Voor 10ml flesjes gebruikt men 1/3 alcohol van de hoeveelheid alcohol die nodig is voor een flesje van 30ml. Een
doseerflesje van 30 ml kun je gebruiken gedurende een periode van 4 tot 5 weken; langer mag ook. Je maakt een doseerflesje door twee druppeltjes vanuit het voorraad- (Stock)flesje in het doseerflesje te doen. Sluit vervolgens het
flesje en meng deze door te schudden.

Dosering

4 x 3 druppels daags; verdeeld over de dag; rechtstreeks in de mond of met een klein beetje water innemen. Even in de mond houden en doorslikken. Of volgens voorschrift van uw therapeut.

Raadpleeg een deskundige alvorens supplementen te gebruiken in geval van zwangerschap, lactatie, medicijngebruik en ziekte.

Bewaren: Buiten bereik van jonge kinderen houden. Bij kamertemperatuur of op een koele plek te bewaren. Als men de flesjes op een donkere, koele plaats bewaart, ook als ze reeds geopend zijn, blijven ze onbeperkt houdbaar.

Uit de buurt houden van tv, magnetron, computer, mobiele telefoons en dergelijke.
