Gebruik

Plaats een waxinelichtje onder in de brander en voeg enkele druppels etherische olie toe aan het schaaltje bovenop. Steek het waxinelichtje aan en laat de warmte de olie geleidelijk verdampen, waardoor de geur zich rustig verspreidt. Ideaal voor ontspannen avonden, meditatie of het creëren van een verkwikkende sfeer.

Je kunt het product inzetten voor verschillende doeleinden:

Aromatherapie: Bergamot etherische olie is populair in aromatherapie vanwege zijn opwekkende en kalmerende effecten. Het kan bijdragen aan het verlichten van stress, angst en depressieve gevoelens.
Ontspanning en slaap: de olie kan helpen bij het creëren van een rustgevende sfeer die bevorderlijk is voor ontspanning en slaap. Dit kan gedaan worden door de olie in een diffuser te gebruiken voordat je naar bed gaat.
