Dosage and use

Usage

Shake well before use. Dissolve in 30 ml of water and let stand for 1 minute. Take 15 minutes before meals. For best results, use Gymnema alcohol-free tincture for at least 2 to 6 weeks.

Dosage

Once a day 20 drops or twice a day 20 drops in 30ml of water. Do not exceed the stated dosage.
