Propolis is a dark brown, resinous product made by bees. Propolis supports the immune system and is therefore often used during the autumn and winter months.

Dosage and use

Usage

Shake before use. Dissolve in 30 ml of water and let stand for 1 minute. Take 15 minutes before meals. For best results, use Propolis alcohol-free tincture for at least 2 to 6 weeks.

Dosage

2 or 3 x 20 to 40 to 50 drops per day in 30ml of water. Do not exceed the indicated dosage.

This product is a food supplement and is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and/or a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Store dry, closed and at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of young children.
