Schisandra has a general strengthening and protective effect on the cells and tissues in the body. Schisandra is an adaptogen that increases adaptability in situations of stress and tension.

Dosage and use

Usage

Shake well before use. Dissolve in 30 ml of water and let stand for 1 minute. Take 15 minutes before meals. For best results, use Schisandra alcohol-free tincture for at least 4 to 6 weeks.

Dosage

3 x daily 20 to 40 to 50 drops in 30ml water. Do not exceed the indicated dosage.

Store dry, closed and at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of young children.
