Vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 are the most important vitamins from the B-complex. Due to the fluidity, this vitamin B12 is quickly absorbed.

Dosage and use

Shake well before use. Take ±11 drops in 30 ml of water once a day. (11 drops=0.8 ml or ½ pipette). Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dosage.

For best results, use liquid vitamin B12 for at least 1 month. Suitable for elderly and children.

Consult a therapist or pediatrician for the use of Vitamin B12 liquid in children. For children, administer the same dosage/weight ratio as adults. For a child of 40kg, administer half the dosage for adults (80kg).

Tip:Hold this supplement in the mouth for 30-60 seconds for even better absorption through the mucous membranes.
