Yarrow tincture

Usage

Half an hour before a meal you can take the drops as they are, or in a glass of water. If you leave it for a while, the alcohol evaporates but the active ingredients are retained. Keep the liquid in your mouth for a while (preferably a minute) before swallowing; the ingredients come into contact with the oral mucosa and are absorbed directly into the bloodstream.

Always start the treatment with a low dose. The more severe the symptoms, the lower the starting dose. This is to prevent a lot of toxins being released at once (by the death of germs). Because toxins are always released (even at low doses), it is advisable to drink a lot (of water) during the treatment and to use detoxification and elimination agents at the same time. (Such as e.g. Chlorella, Zeolite.)

Dosage

Average cure: First week 3 x 5 drops per day, then increase to 3 x 20 drops per day

Intensive treatment:First week 3 x 10 drops per day, then increase to 3 x 30 to 50 drops per day.

This dosage is used for adults. For children aged 6 to 12, the dosage is usually halved.

Do not use in

• Use of Arnica, Marigold or Chamomile
• Allergy to yarrow
• Pregnancy
• Breastfeeding.

Duration of the treatment

Do not use for more than one month. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dosage. Or after consultation with your doctor.

Store tightly closed and cool/room temperature, out of reach of children.
