Livermagic is a concentrated herbal remedy according to a traditional Indian recipe, with four bitter Ayurvedic herbs in cane sugar molasses. Our Livermagic Set consists of two jars: cane sugar molasses and mixed herbs. With this set you can easily make this herbal remedy yourself by mixing the herbs in the molasses.

Bitter Ayurvedic Herbs

What makes this product special is the composition of the powerful Ayurvedic herbs: Kalmegh (Andrographis paniculata), Neem (Azadirachta indica), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus). These herbs contain, among other things, a high level of bitter substances. These substances support digestion* and contribute to liver function**. In modern diets, bitter substances are less common, while they were traditionally an important part of a varied diet*.

Why do the herbs go into cane sugar molasses?

This rich, viscous molasses – also known as salty syrup – is made from organically grown cane sugar and has a deep, robust flavour with a slightly bitter undertone. Adding the bitter herbs to the molasses creates a powerful synergy and is easy to take.

The ingredients are easy to mix. Stir for a few minutes and it is ready to use. The amount and proportions are adjusted to each other. You make about 400 ml with this Livermagic. Under “dosage and use” below you can read step by step how to Livermagic makes.

Dosage and use

Bereidingswijze

Zorg er voor dat je werkgerei volledig schoon droog is. Mix de ingrediënten samen in een ruime pot.

Wat heb je minimaal nodig?

Schone (uitgekookte) glazen pot met schroefdeksel of weckpot, van tenminste 500 ml
Eventueel een mengkom
Roerstaaf of -lepel
Extra lepel/spatel
Etiketje waar je de “ten minste houdbaar “datum op zet (eerste datum van de twee potjes)

Dosering

Leverbitter kun je langere tijd innemen. Elk mens is anders, kijk welke dosering bij je past. Hieronder vind je een voorbeeld dosering voor 3 à 4 keer per dag:

½ theelepel 's morgens. (bij voorkeur op de nuchtere maag)
½ theelepel tussen de middag
½ theelepel voor het avondeten en eventueel ook ½ theelepel voor het slapen gaan

Of volgens voorschrift van uw therapeut.

Raadpleeg een therapeut of natuurgeneeskundige bij ziekte of medicijn gebruik. Let op interacties met kruiden of medicijnen.

Let op: rietsuikermelasse heeft een vergelijkbare
glycemische index als gewone suiker en kan je bloedsuikerspiegel beïnvloeden. Gebruik met mate als onderdeel van een gevarieerd voedingspatroon.

Bewaren

Goed gesloten, droog, donker en bij kamertemperatuur bewaren, buiten bereik van kinderen.

Door het zeer hoge gehalte aan bitterstoffen die ingesloten worden in de rietsuikermelasse, is leverbitter langer houdbaar dan de “ten minste houdbaar tot” datum (mits goed bereid en bewaard). Kijk, ruik en proef.
